Reserve Your Tour

To book your Ciao Darcy tour please use the form below. To confirm your Ciao Darcy Tour, we require a non-refundable deposit of $750 per person along with the signed and dated agreement. The final payment is due 90 days prior to the trip departure. Payments can be made by credit card, personal check or Venmo (Venmo ID: @Darcy-Hemstreet). An additional 3% processing fee applies to all credit card transactions.

All Repeat Travelers receive 10% off their tour price.

Required Trip Insurance

Please note that trip insurance is required to join us on a Ciao Darcy trip. Trip cancellation insurance will protect all deposits and payments for land and air costs if you are required to cancel your tour. We recommend www.travelguard.com. FYI many credit card companies include complimentary trip insurance when you purchase with their card.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your tour before departure, the following fees must apply at the time we receive your written cancellation notice.

  • From 90 to 30 days before departure: 50% of tour price
  • Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of tour price

We strongly recommend taking out trip cancellation insurance.
